Maria Elena Bello
Maria Elena Bello, born April 18th, 1967 is an American actress as well as a producer and writer. Permanent Midnight (1998), Payback (1999), Coyote Ugly ((2000), The Cooler (3), A History of Violence (2004), The Mummy: Tomb of the Dragon Emperor (2009), Grown Ups (2010) and Prisoners (2013) were just a few of her films. Bello was a TV actress as Dr. Anna Del Amico, which was a medical drama, and ran from 1997 until 1998. She was also the character Michelle McBride on Goliath's first season in 2016 and as Special Agent Jacqueline Sloane on NCIS, where she served as the lead agent. Bello was born on 18 April 1967 in Norristown, Pennsylvania,[2] to Kathy Bello, a nurse at school and teacher as well as Joe Bello, a contractor.Her father is Italian American, with roots in Montella, Italy, and her mother is Polish American.She was raised in a middle-class, Catholic family and graduated from Archbishop John Carroll High School in Radnor, Pennsylvania. In political science Bello studied at Villanova University. Bello continued her training in acting through a variety of New York theater productions after she finished her studies. Bello was married to Dan McDermott and has a son who is named Jackson. She wrote in November 2013 about her similar-sex relationship with Clare Munn, and how it ended. The book she published was titled Whatever...Love Is Loving: Examining the labels we assign to Ourselves (Dey Street Books - April 28 in 2015).
