Krystal Marie Ball
Krystal Marie Ball (born November 24 in 1981) is an American political commentator. She was a former candidate for Senate in the United States, as well as a television presenter on MSNBC. She was a frequent contributor on The Huffington Post and co-host of The Hill’s Rising together with Saagar Enti. Enjeti and Ball have made it clear they were leaving the show in May 2021. They wanted to start their own independent project called Breaking Points. Ball hosts Krystal Kyle & Friends' podcast with Kyle Kulinski. She has been featured on network programs such as CNN, Fox News, Fox News, CNBC, Fox News, and Real Time alongside Bill Maher. Ball was married to Jonathan Dariyanani in 2020. Ball says that her fascination with politics due to the fact that she became pregnant during the 2008 primaries and also watching the outcome of the 2008 US presidential election during her time in Jordan. She witnessed the impact that it had on the residents of her home country and was inspired to understand the international influence of US politics. She was a Senior fellow of the New Leaders Council. Ball was the Democratic Party nominee for Congress in Virginia's 1st district for the election of 2010, but lost to Republican incumbent Rob Wittman. She hosted The Cycle on MSNBC program The Cycle from June 2012 to July 2015. She created the People's House Project (a political action committee that supports Democratic causes) in May 2017.
